Athletic Bee is a fast growing brand that focuses on high-quality activewear. We offer our customers the best sportswear for an active lifestyle. Due to our growth, we are looking for a motivated all-round customer service employee to strengthen our team.
What are you going to do?
As an all-round customer service employee, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You assist them via email and ensure that their questions and problems are resolved quickly and professionally. You work with an integrated customer service tool that links e-mail and Shopify.
Your responsibilities:
Answering customer questions via email
Advising our activewear products and services
Checking order status and informing about deliveries
Resolving complaints and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
Performing administrative tasks and keeping the system up-to-date
Your profile:
You speak and write fluent Dutch and English
You have experience in customer service or a similar role
You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner

Flexible working hours: from 9:00 to 15:00, 5 days a week (30 hours per week)
A hybrid working model: mainly from home and at the office in Vlaardingen, if that is not far from your home
