Undelivered, Refused or Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, is refused upon delivery, or is not collected from a designated collection point within the carrier's holding period, the parcel will be returned to us.
The following return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount:
- Netherlands & Belgium: €5,50
- Germany & France: €7,50
- Rest of Europe: €9,50
- Outside Europe: €19,95
If the customer wishes to receive the order after it has been returned to us, the return shipping costs and the shipping costs for re-shipment will be charged before the order is shipped again.
