You have 30 days from the delivery date to make the decision if you want to return an item of your order. However we allow returns as long as they fall under our return guidelines.
Please note the following points when returning an item:
- After 30 days it is not possible to issue a return.
- Products must be returned within 30 days from your delivery date, after this timeframe your return will not be accepted.
- We offer refunds to the original method of payment used to place the order.
- You are responsible for your return shipment
- You can insure your package for € 1.99.
- Leave the item in its original packaging - See our FAQ for the return guidelines!
- Put a box or sturdy packaging around the item
- Place the return label that you receive in the return portal on the box, clearly visible

Returns are on own cost. Trough our return portal you can buy an return label for €5.
How do I submit a return?
Follow the steps below to submit your return:
1. Submit online
Click on the button below to submit your return.
Pack your return items. Don't forget to remove any old shipping labels.
Ship your return from a drop-off point. More instructions on the returns label.
After receival in our warehouse, we will process your refund within a couple of working days.
Please write your name and order number on or in the package otherwise we cannot process the return.
*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Keep any proof of postage until you have been properly refunded, in case you need it at a later date.
Damages and issues
If you believe your item(s) may have been sent to you damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team, within 7 days after receiving your order, with the following information:
- Your order number
- Name of damaged item
- A clear photo of the damage/defect
- A full length photo of the image, with the tag of Athletic Bee
Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until you've been in touch.
If you're reaching out about potential damage/defects in your item(s) after 90 days from your purchase date, the item(s) will be considered “wear and tear” and will not be eligible for evaluation.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items of your order can be returned. Please see below for any exceptions to this rule:
- Socks can not be returned/refunded
- E-Gift Cards can not be returned/refunded
Exchanges are only available via this link.
Please note, when choosing for an exchange, you will receive an email about a new order. That is the exchanged item(s).
The exchanged item/new order will be send out when we have processed your return.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Proof of postage
- The tracking number
- Your order number
