My Order

Information

We cannot change your order after you click the 'Checkout' button. This includes the following:

  • - Change the item or size
  • - Delivery/billing address
  • - Add items to your order
  • - Shipping method*

*If you enter the wrong address at checkout and the order has already been processed, we cannot be held responsible if the order is lost. We are not liable for the refund/replacement of this order. 

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete (delivery) address details, we will charge delivery costs when sending the package again. So check the delivery address carefully.

Can I cancel my order?

Our warehouse operates quickly, so unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel a placed order at this time.

I am missing an item or received a wrong item

In the unlikely event that you are missing an item from your order or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately, within 7 days.

Please send us an email at support@athleticbees.com, within 7 days with the following information:

  • - Name and email
  • - Order number
  • - Which item was sent wrong and/or which item is missing (color/size)
  • - Photo's of the wrong item with logo, including the label of the clothing bag

Once we have received the above information, our customer service team will resolve this for you. This may take a couple of days. Please wait for our response.

You may be asked to return the wrong item to us through our returns process. If you're not sure how to do this, let us know, we will help you.

I received a damaged or defect item

If you believe your item(s) may have been sent to you damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, within 7 days.

Please send us an email at support@athleticbees.com, within 7 days with the following information:

  • - Name and email
  • - Order number
  • - Which item is damaged (color/size)
  • - Photo's of the damaged area with logo and a photo of the inside size label

Once we have received the above information, our customer service team will resolve this for you. This may take a couple of days. Please wait for our response.

Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until you've been in touch.

My item is damaged after wearing

Important information

Delivery periods may be longer during peak times.

Return costs may vary per country.

If you decline or do not collect the package, shipping fees will still be charged and deducted from the refund.

If the delivery address is incorrect and you still want to receive the package, additional shipping costs will apply.

Returns & Refunds

Good to know

Don't worry if you have any doubts about your received products; you have 14 days from the delivery date to make the decision. If our product does not meet your expectations, we will take it back. However we allow returns as long as they fall under our return guidelines.

Please note the following points when returning an item:

  • - After 14 days it is not possible to issue a return.
  • - Products must be returned within 14 days from your delivery date.
  • - We offer refunds to the original method of payment used to place the order, you can choose for an exchange or you can choose a store credit
  • - You are responsible for your return shipment.
  • - You can insure your package for € 1.99.
  • - Leave the item in its original packaging - See our Return Guidelines!
  • - Put a box or sturdy packaging around the item
  • - Place the return label that you receive in the return portal on the box, clearly visible (remove any old labels)
  • - Keep any proof of postage until you have been properly refunded, in case you need it at a later date.

*If the product does not meet the Return Guideline and the product has diminished in value, we may refuse the return or deduct a part of the amount. For dry cleaning costs, €7.50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

*Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Guidelines

You can return all items of your order if they fall under our return guidelines.

See below for exceptions to this rule:

  • - Socks cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded
  • - E-Gift Cards cannot be returned/exchanged/refunded

Return guidelines:

We only accept returned items according to the following guidelines:

  • - All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your order being delivered
  • - You are responsible for your return shipment
  • - Clothing tags must still be intact*
  • - Clothing must be returned in original product bags
  • - Cannot be worn, washed, or put through the dryer
  • - Cannot have deodorant marks
  • - Cannot have stains of any kind (makeup/self-tanner, etc.)
  • - Cannot have human or animal hair
  • - Cannot have snagging/pilling
  • - Cannot have abnormal smell (perfume, body odor, etc)
  • - Clothing cannot be missing any contents (bra pads, drawstrings, buttons, etc.)
  • - Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial
  • - If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded

*If the hang tag is detached from the item, please include the hang tag in the return package.

If your return does not meet all of our return guidelines, your return will be noted as ‘unacceptable’. If the product has diminished in value, we may refuse the return or deduct a part of the amount. For dry cleaning costs, €7.50 will be deducted from the refund amount.

How do I make a return?

You can make a return with your order number and e-mail in our return portal. 

Follow the instructions and choose a carrier. Returns are at your own expense. You can buy a return label via our return portal starting from €5. If there is no label available for your country, you wil have to pay for the package at a post office.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, it is now possible to exchange an item for a different size.

Unfortunately it is not yet possible to exchange an item for a different color or different item, only the size is exchangeable.

Can I receive a store credit?

If you choose Store Credit instead of a refund, you will receive an additional incentive of €2,50. This amount will be added to your store credit balance.

Please note!

You can request to convert your store credit into a refund via the original payment method within 14 days after the store credit is issued. If you choose to do so, the €2,50 incentive will be removed and only the original purchase amount will be refunded.

After this 14-day period, the store credit can no longer be converted into a refund and will remain available as store credit in our store.

If you paid for your order using Klarna, please note that choosing store credit does not cancel your payment obligation with Klarna. Your Klarna invoice must still be paid according to Klarna’s payment terms.

Did you receive my return?

Depending on the country you are from and the return carrier you choose when returning your item(s), delivery times back to our warehouse may vary.

If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, we will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund. Returns will be processed within 14 business days.

When will my return be processed?

The returns are processed within 14 days after delivery.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the return has been approved or not. 

If approved and you have chosen:

- A refund; you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- A store credit; you will receive the same day the store credit code, including the incentive

- An exchange; the exchanged size will be send out to you the same day of notification.

For the refund, please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@athleticbees.com, specifying in your message:

  • - Your order number
  • - Proof of postage (like a receipt)
  • - Tracking number

We'll then get back to you as soon as we can!

Gift Cards

Information

You can buy a gift voucher from the accessories page on the website. Gift cards are not physically sent, you will receive a confirmation email with your gift card code.

The gift cards are valid for 1 (one) year after purchase. Unless mentioned otherwise.

Do I have to use the full amount in one order?

No, the amount you spend has been deducted from your gift card balance. You can use the same gift card code for a new order you place.

Can I use a gift card and make a card payment for the same order?

Yes, this is possible.

Can I use a gift card during a sale?

Yes, this is possible

Can I use a discount code when purchasing a gift card?

No, this is not possible. If your order contains more items than just the gift card, the discount will be deducted from these items and not from the price of the gift card.

I placed an order with my gift card and now I want to return an item

Orders paid with a gift card will be refunded to the gift card. If you used split payment, the refund will be credited to the gift card first and the remaining balance will be credited back to the other payment method originally used within 3-7 business days.

Good to know about promotions and discounts

We offer additional discounts to our customers.

  • Only one discount code can be used at checkout.
  • All discount codes are excluded from being used on E-gift cards.
  • Discount codes may not be able to be used in addition to any current promotions and we’re unable to apply any codes once your payment has been accepted, so don't forget to add the discount before checking out.

Refunds when using a discount code

Any discount codes used with an order will be split evenly between items as a percentage. So when a refund is processed, you will receive the discounted price as a refund.

Can I get a price adjustment on an item i've already purchased?

As an online retailer, our prices will occasionally change depending on demand, stock levels and sales. This does mean that items can change price after you've purchased them.

Unfortunately, we're unable to adjust any prices or offer a refund or credit for the difference in price once an order has been placed.

Sadly, we're also unable to retrospectively apply a discount code or gift card to an order that’s already been placed.

Promo: 1 + 1 Free item

Take advantage of our 1+1 free promotion: buy 2 products and only pay for 1.

To qualify for this promotion, you must add at least 2 eligible products to your shopping cart. The lowest-priced product will automatically be applied as the free item at checkout.

Please note:

  • - If you add only 1 product to your cart, the promotion will not apply and no free item will be included.
  • - The discount will be automatically visible in your shopping cart once you have added 2 or more eligible products.

This promotion is valid while stocks last.

Promo: Free gifts

Orders that reach a certain order value may qualify for a free gift. The minimum order value required will be specified on our website.

Free gifts are only available while the promotion is active and while stocks last. The free gift cannot be exchanged for cash, discounts, or any other compensation.

If an order is partially returned and the remaining order value falls below the minimum threshold required for the free gift, we reserve the right to request the return of the free gift or deduct its value from the refund.

Giveaway social media

With the giveaways on our social media you have a chance to win e-gift cards and items from our webshop.

The e-gift cards won will be sent by e-mail after we have received the details of the winner.The e-gift cards are valid for 1 to 2 months, depending on the type of giveaway. Purchased items that are returned will be refunded as an e-gift card. E-gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

The items won will be sent by post after we have received the details of the winner. Won items cannot be returned or exchanged for other items.

How do I return an item from a promotion?

If you are not satisfied with your order or the size is not right, you can of course return it within 14 days. It is possible to exchange an item for a different size of the same product.

Please note:

1) With the promotion, 1+1 free item, 1 returned product is not eligible for a refund.

  • - Are you returning only one of the two items? Then no refund will be made.
  • - Are you returning both items? Then you will receive the purchase amount of the paid product back.

2) With the promotion, free gift at a certain amount. If you return a part of your order and the total drops below the amount for getting the free gift, the free item will no longer qualify as a free gift. In that case, you can either return the free gift as well, or the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.
