At Athletic Bee, we’re more than just an activewear brand – we’re a buzzing community. And as our new Customer Service Hero(ine), you’ll be the friendly voice (well, inbox) behind the brand. You’ll make sure our customers feel seen, heard, and helped – every single day.
Be the first point of contact for our customers through email.
Help with questions about products, orders, and deliveries.
Give advice and recommendations about our activewear.
Solve complaints quickly and with care – turning problems into happy customers.
Keep our systems up-to-date so everything runs smoothly.
You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
You’ve got experience in customer service or a similar role.
You’re structured, reliable, and always solution-oriented.
Most importantly: you enjoy helping people and making their day better!

Flexible working hours: 09:00 – 15:00, 5 days a week (30 hours, 40 possible).
A hybrid working model – mainly from home, with the option to work from our office in Vlaardingen.
