Athletic Bee Loyalty Program - Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to your membership in the Loyalty Rewards program. Please read the terms below carefully.

1. 1. Reward points and/or free products from the Loyalty Rewards Program cannot be exchanged for cash and the offer is non-transferable. Exchanges in size are possible.

2. 2. Points will be canceled after returning or partial returning your order. Points will be cancelled based on the amount refunded.

3. 3. Any offer rewarded in the Loyalty Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers provided by Athletic Bee

4. 4. With any transaction, only one reward voucher code can be used.

5. 5. Your Loyalty account is personal to you. Points earned cannot be transferred or shared with other account holders.

6. 6. Athletic Bee can take any action that we consider appropriate. This includes removing or suspending a Loyalty Program account if we have reason to believe the system is being misused. This includes, but is not limited to, setting up multiple accounts using alternative email addresses or aliases.

7. 7. After the payment of your order, your points will automatically be uploaded to your account within 24 hours of purchase.

8. 8. Athletic Bee can alter or cancel the Loyalty Reward Program at any point including these terms and conditions.

9. 9. Athletic Bee is committed to protecting your privacy. We keep all personal information safe and will never share this information with any third parties.

10. 10. Athletic Bee reserves the right to remove accrued points if your account remains inactive for a significant period of time.

11. 11. We may refuse application to join the Loyalty Rewards program if we feel there is a good reason to do so.

12. 12. You must notify us as soon as possible if any personal details change, such as name, address or email address.

13. 13. Points are not available to be used for gift cards.

14. 14. Points can only be redeemed in increments set by Athletic Bee. See 'Ways to redeem' to find out more.

15. 15. Athletic Bee reserves the right to withdraw points and promotions without notice.

16. 16. All points accrued do not include any cost for delivery nor can they be spent on delivery.
