We cannot change your order after you click the 'Checkout' button. This includes the following:

- Change the item or size
- Delivery/billing address
- Add items to your order
- Shipping method

Delivery information

If you order before 2 p.m. on working days, your order will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed on Friday after 2pm and on weekends will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Standard delivery: € 5.50

Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days

Free standard delivery available for orders over €50.00

 

Shipping within Europe and UK

Standard delivery: € 9.50

Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days

Free standard delivery available for orders over €50.00

Shipping worldwide:

Standard delivery: € 19.95

Estimated Delivery: 5-15 business days. Depending on the country you live in.

Free standard delivery available for orders over €150.00

*The above times are estimates and delivery times may take longer. Working days exclude weekends and holidays. During busier periods it can take up to two business days for your order to be shipped. Orders placed on Friday (after 4:00 PM), Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

I have received a defective item

We are sorry to hear that you received a faulty item. Send us the following information:

- Your order number
- Item name
- Photos showing: The error as clearly as possible, Full photo of the item, The Athletic Bee logo and label.

Hold the item until contacted.
