How do I become a Loyalty member?
Becoming a member is super easy. On this page, you can create an account by clicking "Register." Simply fill in the blanks and your account is created. Now you can start earning points for discounts and other great gifts!

Why haven't I received my points yet?
It can take up to 24 hours for the points to be added to your account. If you don't see the added points after 24 hours, please send us an email with your information and the order for which the points haven't been processed.
I redeemed my points for a voucher, but the code isn't working. How do I fix this?
To apply the voucher, you need to enter it in the checkout screen.
If another code has already been added (due to a promotion or sale), and you don't have the option to add another one, please send us an email with both codes so we can adjust this. Due to different promotions and sales periods, it's possible that a code isn't compatible with your voucher. We are doing our best to accommodate this.
I returned my order or part of it. What happens to my points?
If you return an entire order, the points you've earned will also be deducted.
If you return part of your order, the value of the returned product will be considered. This amount will be deducted proportionally to the points earned.
I returned my order, which was partially paid for with a reward coupon. What happens to the coupon/points?
If you use a reward coupon on a purchase and then later return the order, the used reward coupon will not automatically be reissued.
Do I automatically get a discount if I'm a VIP member?
Yes, if you're a VIP Silver or VIP Gold member, you'll automatically receive the indicated discount on every order. You don't need a code for this.
Do I still earn points if I'm a VIP member?
Yes, even if you're a VIP member, you can earn points. Of course, you want to become a VIP Gold member for the best perks.
Can I, as a VIP member, redeem points for a discount on my order?
Yes, even as a VIP member, you can redeem points. These are the same rewards (order discounts) as you received before you became a VIP member.
